Foundation ALCHEMY and ALCHEMY Turning Records GOLD(Alchemy TRG) were founded by Frank Papitto. Part of Frank's career included his 48 track digital remote recording truck , his company was called Audio Alchemists. Some of his regular clients included the Ricki Lake show, MTV, HBO,Good Morning America,PBS,and three syndicated radio shows, just to name a few. During  his career he has worked with such musical greats as Paul McCartney,Eric Clapton,Phil Collins,David Bowie,Booker T. and the MGs,David Broza,Dr.John,10,000 Maniacs(Natalie Merchant),The Band,Anthrax,Megadeth and many other. His plans for the over 150 hours of live music he recorded ? Release them , with the permission of the artist and  the record companies.One album a month for $10 each, with 100% of the profit going to centers that give rehabilitation to individuals with traumatic brain injury and/or stroke. After all we are our brothers keeper. Foundation ALCHEMY is a 501(c)(3) public charity so all donations are tax deductible.
You may ask yourself,why is he doing this ? On October 3rd 1999 he was coming home from his recording studio, he had a stroke and lost control of his motorcycle.He was airlifted to Hackensack Medical Center where he remained in a coma for the next six weeks. His wife saw to it that he got the best rehabilitation , so he spent the next six years in various rehabilitation facilities. So you think the drama is over? So did he. On November 26th 2006 he received a phone call from his mother-in-law,she called him to say his wife was in ICU at Delray Medical Center, she had a stroke!  His wife is now paralyze on the right side of her body,she cannot talk, or walk without her quad cane and needs a wheelchair to get around,this is called aphasia.So now he is the caregiver for his caregiver.
